Grade AAA pallets are in like new condition. They have 6 inches end lead boards on the bottom with the top deck board gap being no bigger than 4 inches. These pallets have at least eight 4 inch boards, have no plug repairs, and do not have plates on any runner.
Grade A pallets have a minimum of seven 4 inch top boards with the top deck board gap being no bigger than 4 inches. They have 4 or 6 inch lead boards on the bottom and must have 5 total bottom boards. They may have plates on any runner, but have no plus repairs.
Grade B pallets have 4 or 6 inch end lead boards on the bottom and must have 4 bottom boards. The top deck board gap is no bigger than 5 inches and they can be 3 or 4 runner. The runners may have plates and there may be any number of plug repairs.
